Excellent craftsmanship and very prompt! I had originally visited Israel in 2006 and purchased a custom engraved ring with my two sons names from another company. Now due to arthritis in my fingers it no longer fits me and I can't wear it I ordered a replacement from them and I am very pleased and happy to be wearing it now!
